Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Custom or personalized products.
Gift cards.
Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
